Our commitment
We aim to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continually test, document, and improve the website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time claim.

If you have difficulty using the website, please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any assistive technology or browser involved. Please do not include medical, payment, or other sensitive information.

What our process covers
- Automated WCAG-oriented checks during development
- Keyboard, zoom, reflow, and interaction reviews
- Screen-reader and semantic testing where appropriate
- Document, media, form, and third-party journey reviews
- Retained findings, remediation, and verification records
Third-party services
Some tasks, including appointment scheduling, may open a service operated by another provider. We still want to hear about barriers in those journeys so we can document the issue, offer an alternative where possible, and work with the provider.
